- 30-Day Return Policy: You can return most items purchased from All car spare parts within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Item Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Special order items or custom-made products.
- Clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Products that have been installed or used.
ProcessforReturns
- Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Packaging Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ensure that all accessories and manuals are included. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Return the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help! Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
RestockingFee
- A restocking fee of 5% may apply to some returns. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
